I am a ethicist and social scientist by training and profession. My education and research experience has provided me with the requisite expertise, training, motivation, and leadership skills essential for the conduct of qualitative medical anthropological studies. My research interests explore community barriers that impede access to health care, factors that determine access to health services, and the interface between traditional and modern medicine.
